MICEcafe Journey plans and runs group travel and events for companies — incentive tours, dealer meets, conferences and offsites.
What we do
MICEcafe Journey Private Limited is a MICE travel company: Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions. A company comes to us with a group — a hundred and seventy dealers to Bali, a sales team to Dubai, a board offsite in Udaipur — and we plan and run the whole thing.
That means the flights, the hotels, the transfers, the visas, the insurance, the food, the venue, and someone on the ground for the days it runs. It also means the part nobody sees: collecting passports from a hundred and seventy people, checking every name against every ticket, and getting each traveller their documents before they leave for the airport.
Who we work with
Our customers are companies, not individual holidaymakers. A booking is normally raised by a company for its employees, dealers or channel partners, and is quoted, invoiced and paid at company level. Individual travellers on that booking use their own link to send us their documents and to download their tickets and vouchers.
This website
central.micecafe.com is our operations portal. Most of it is for our own staff and is behind a sign-in. The parts a traveller uses — the details form and the document link — open from a private link we send them; each link belongs to one booking and is not listed or searchable.
